This award winning restaurant is run by Chef Paul Deeney who worked with the late Robbie Millar at Shanks Restaurant and was trained in France at La Pepinaire, Hotel de Ville, Trompets Restaurant and Radisson SAS Hotel, among others. His passion for food is unending and his knowledge and techniques come through on his dishes.
Chef Paul Deeney adjusts our menu regularly to reflect the seasons. We use local suppliers to ensure full flavour and freshness of our dishes, and fine wines to compliment them.

We also cater for corporate events, weddings and private dining to suit all occasions. We have hosted Corporate events for Diageo Europe with a fine dining menu, Diageo Dublin with a set menu of their choice, official Council event for foreign visitors, intimate weddings and family gatherings.
